MagicLamp has created a beautiful, seamless one-stop shop for apartment dwellers looking to relocate in downtown Denton. Jack Bell Properties features six apartment complexes here whose facades celebrate the historical attributes of living in downtown Denton.
The Ask
Jack Bell Properties needed a dynamic website that could give internal CMS users the ability to add images, create and update pages, and connect with local renters.
Technologies Used
Our team at MagicLamp implemented a custom responsive WordPress design that allows apartment renters to compare curb appeal via the home page photo carousel with clickable images that link to each unique property.
Once a renter clicks on a property photo, they have the opportunity to apply for a unit online, or even take a video walkthrough tour of a unit, eliminating the usual hassle of trekking from location to location.
For those who become renters, there’s a clickable renter portal tab to pay rent, request service, etc. Renting is one less hassle away with all this dynamic site offers.
