Texhoma is a reputable Land Management brokerage that partners with energy producers across the United States to provide quality land work rooted in their passion and proven expertise in the industry.
The Ask
This application needed to be scalable and usable by the internal team of landmen and other stakeholders, handling important internal processes and services like Leasing, Mineral Buying, Title Research, and GIS Mapping.
The application needed to include workflow automation to streamline complex internal processes, reducing manual errors and accelerates the pace of operations.
Data aggregation also played an important preliminary part in initial implementation, and later enhancement through utilization of advanced analytics tools to analyze large datasets, offering valuable insights into risk assessments and market trends.
Document accessibility management and security compliance were the highest priorities to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Technologies Used
We first moved the data from Microsoft Access to a more structured and usable relational database.
We then utilized the C# .NET MVC Pattern, RESTful APIs, jQuery/JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, SQL, and other technologies to deliver and maintain the internal application within a team of developers.
