Through the years, I have become a highly dedicated and quick-learning professional with diverse experience, exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, and an eagerness to continue to learn new technologies!

I am so happy to have been born at the cusp of personal access to computers! I remember when our little elementary school extended their computer lab to allow full classes-I was in the first grade! All of a sudden I became the computer maven at home, taking the AOL CD-ROMs for my own web browsing, and learning how to use the computer without peripherals (don’t tell my parents, they thought they could ground me by taking the mouse away from the computer). Soon after, I was modding video games for myself and my little brother!

My journey into software development began in middle school when I created my first styles for my own Xanga profile. Soon after, I was regularly contributing my knowledge and collaborating on forums to design styles for my friends on Xanga and later MySpace.

Since then, I’ve enrolled in every Computer Science course offered at my high school, learning programming, telecommunications, web hosting fundamentals. After graduating, I pursued a Computer Science degree at the University of Texas at Arlington while gaining hands-on experience as a QA specialist, intern, and later a distinguished developer in the industry. I’ve never looked back. My goal is to assist others in expressing themselves and their business processes in the digital realm, much like a translator facilitates communication in a different language.

I thrive in collaborative environments that collaborate to consistently deliver solutions and improvements, yet I’m equally capable of working independently after discussing proposed solutions or addressing any obstacles with teammates or managers. My enthusiasm for learning fuels my passion, allowing me to embrace new technologies and solve problems with determination. I strive to contribute a positive and innovative perspective and a possess strong desire for growth!
